Neighborhood Spotlight: Dundee

The Dundee (Happy Hollow) Historic District is located west of Midtown Omaha, Nebraska. It covers the area between Harney Street on the south, Hamilton Street on the north, Happy Hollow Boulevard on the west, and 46th Street on the east.

Dundee, Omaha's first suburb, was developed over a century ago by a real estate developer and his team who constructed six homes between 48th street and 52nd street, from Capitol to California ave. They named the new addition Dundee Place, which is now known as Dundee.
