So you think you may have hail damage. It's time to do something about it.
If you are unsure about damage it's a good idea to call us first before making a claim. Some insurance companies consider your call for an inspection a claim and will count it against you regardless of whether they determine damage has been done or not.
If you live in an area that has been deemed a catastrophe, like many areas after the 2017 hail storm, you can go ahead and call your insurance provider first.
Your insurance provider will schedule an inspection with an adjuster. If you would like us to be present for the inspection please inform us of the appointment and we'd be happy to be there to support you and make sure nothing is missed.
Scope + Check
You received insurance scope of work via email or mail from insurance adjuster. You will usually receive a check for the actual cash value (ACV) from your insurance at this time as well.
Provide insurance scope to us so that we can verify accuracy and request changes if necessary.
Select & Schedule
Pick out new materials for your project and get on the schedule.
Installation day, complete final inspection and receive warranty information.
Send final invoices and paperwork to your insurance and wait for final depreciation check.
